Typhoon still sitting atop us here in Fuding, China. I’m eager to get a move on, but at the same time eager to enjoy my ride and not push myself through mud and muck and high levels of water.
This morning, the water level in some parts of the city was at about one foot. We’re expecting more rain this evening. At least now I’ve got some rubber boots, to boot!
Hopefully tomorrow all this will have passed and we can stop spending days in smoke filled Wang Bas. Although we did enjoy a number of hours in a tea shop this morning talking with the owner about every concieveable topic Dan could translate.  That was nice.  But tomorrow we ride!
